Qualifications & Responsibilities

• 2–5 years of experience handling complex product liability litigation at a law firm.
• Experience defending clients in both California state and federal courts.
• Experience involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices, consumer health products, or other consumer-facing products is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience across multiple stages of litigation, including:
• Managing discovery and document review.
• Preparing for and conducting depositions.
• Drafting motions and other substantive legal filings.
• Preparing for and attending court hearings.
• Trial experience or involvement in trial preparation is a plus.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Active membership in the California Bar.
