Job summary

CHANEL Short Hills is seeking a Product Manager who will lead boutique operations, coach sales teams, and drive outstanding client experiences within Leather Goods and Shoes. You will own the business for your product category, partner with leadership, and foster a culture of excellence in service and style.

The role emphasizes in-store leadership, collaboration across teams, and delivering elevated client service to drive business results while upholding CHANEL standards and heritage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule incl. late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Boutique Management: requires in-store presence to coach teams and deliver elevated client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Leather Goods and Shoes product category business.
• Coach and manage sales teams, driving client experience.
• Collaborate with Boutique Director on business knowledge and strategy.
• Analyze, report, and plan assortment with Home Office buying team.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and build client base through events.
