• Data-driven with metrics ownership and instrumentation.
• Experience with marketplace/platform or creator-economy subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term strategy and roadmap for Roblox subscriptions.
• Drive acquisition, retention, and international expansion as business owner.
• Define and ship subscriber benefits in collaboration with other teams.
• Partner with developers/creators to offer developer-led subscription features.
• Build and run a rigorous growth experimentation program with strong analytics.
• Own metrics and business impact from penetration to bookings and reporting.
• Mentor other PMs, raise the quality of strategy, writing, and execution.
