Paris or remote (from GMT -5 up to GMT +2 to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).

Mission & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Product Lead to drive Morpho’s Prime Products vertical.

You’ll work with engineering, design, data and protocol teams to set strategy, ship industry-shaping products and help Curators and Advanced Users interact with Morpho’s protocol.

To do so, you will need to develop a deep understanding of Morpho’s protocol and products, various stakeholders, the market, competitors and the wider Defi and lending industry as a whole.

Specifically, You Will

• Understand Morpho’s various stakeholders, their needs and requirements,
• Deeply understand the wider crypto lending space, both Centralized and Decentralized,
• Execute on the product vision and strategy with a world-class engineering team,
• Shape the products that Curators, Institutions and Pro users use to manage risk and exposure.
  
  

Job requirements

Must-have Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping products in the Crypto Lending or Trading space,
• Understanding of technical web development fundamentals (APIs, SDKs…),
• Understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFi,
• Experience working with large institutions, funds or capital allocators in Defi or Finance,
• Experience working directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0-to-1 products,
• Exceptional organization and communication skills,
• Low-ego, high-ownership mindset.
