Job summary

Forsyth Barnes is partnering with a global enterprise to hire a Product Lead to drive a 14-month Data & Analytics transformation. You will lead the consolidation of datasets into a unified analytics platform on Google Cloud Platform, working with USDA data, Inventory, Sales, and Beef Supply Chain data to enable smarter reporting and analytics.

The role requires 7+ years in product leadership, strong SQL and GCP experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while guiding data

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management or Product Leadership.
• Experience delivering Data, Analytics or Data Platform products.
• Strong understanding of SQL.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data environments.
• Understanding of Medallion Data Architecture.
• Experience with semantic data models.
• Familiarity with Kimball methodology and dimensional modelling.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of financial metrics and business performance.
• Proven ability to influence and engage C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working with Software Engineers and Data Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a large-scale enterprise Data & Analytics platform.
• Lead a 14-month programme to consolidate multiple enterprise data sources into a unified analytics platform.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data products.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear product priorities and delivery plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and executive teams.
• Ensure the platform supports enterprise reporting, analytics and future AI initiatives.
• Align business objectives with technical delivery to maximise value across the organisation.
