Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. seeks a Product Lead – Collateral to drive development of collateral services across Nasdaq Digital Liquidity networks, linking traditional and tokenized collateral with CDM-based workflows.

You will define and execute product strategy across Calypso Collateral Network, Canton/EVM connectivity, and DeFi gateways for CSA exposure, margin calls, optimization, and DvP settlement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in financial services with product management in collateral domains.

Responsibilities

• Define collateral product strategy and roadmaps across traditional and digital collateral.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery from scoping to production launch with stakeholders.
• Represent Nasdaq in industry groups and client forums on collateral and digital assets.
