Nasdaq is seeking a Product Lead – Collateral to drive collateral services that span traditional and tokenized assets. You will shape strategy connecting Calypso, Canton, and DeFi gateways, enabling CSA workflows and DvP settlement across Nasdaq networks.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end collateral solutions, manage risks and regulatory considerations, and engage senior stakeholders in a fast-paced digital asset environment.

Qualifications

• The role requires 5–7 years in product management within financial services and collateral domains.
• Experience with collateral management systems and financial market infrastructure is essential.
• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for traditional and digital collateral across TradFi and DeFi.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from scoping to production launch within timelines and budgets.
• Manage stakeholders across Technology, Data, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Sales.
