Job summary

TEK Systems is seeking a senior product leader to own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for data and agentic AI across enterprise engagements. You will translate business needs into outcome-driven requirements, define success metrics, and drive cross‑functional delivery with data engineering, ML teams, and security.

You will plan DataOps, MLOps, and agentic AI programs using Agile methods, manage risks across multiple streams, and establish governance for post‑launch validation and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/Analytics.
• 7–10 years of experience across Product Management and/or Product Operations.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise DataOps platforms and AI/ML systems into production.
• Practical experience with AI concepts and frameworks including RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases.
• Experience with agent orchestration and workflow graphs.
• Experience authoring PRDs, roadmaps, program plans, and executive readouts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in enterprise environments.
• Background in consulting or client-facing delivery environments such as Sales Support.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for data and agentic AI across enterprise engagements.
• Translate business needs into outcome-driven product/service requirements and architecture.
• Define success metrics tied to data reliability, AI agent effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Develop PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria focused on operability and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across data engineering, ML engineering, platform, security, and client stakeholders.
• Plan and execute DataOps, MLOps, and Agentic AI programs using Agile methods and AI tools.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Establish delivery governance with design reviews, readiness checks, and post-launch validation.
• Drive modernization of enterprise DataOps capabilities including ingestion, transformation, data modeling, and lineage.
• Partner with architects to ensure secure, production-ready data tooling.
