Reporting to the Value Stream Leader, Digital, the Product Lead, Capital will lead end-to-end supply chain activities for NPI, lifecycle management, portfolio management, and operations optimization. The role involves implementing best practices in manufacturing and supply chain processes globally, leveraging industry knowledge, and fostering cross-functional partnerships across R&D, Quality, Commercial, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations.

The individual will oversee product lifecycle management, drive manufacturing strategies, optimize project delivery, and collaborate with various teams to ensure product success and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy: Support in crafting product strategy, defining technology roadmaps, and aligning with broader business goals.
• Product Management & Execution: Develop product expertise, guide project teams, and ensure technology integration aligned with launches and lifecycle needs.
• Project Leadership: Lead project plans, milestones, and resource management to ensure timely delivery.
• Performance & Planning: Set KPIs, focus on reliability, innovation, profitability, and risk management, and contribute to long-term planning.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Experience and Skills: At least 5 years in manufacturing, supply chain, project management, or related fields within healthcare. Strong understanding of E2E supply chain, experience in matrix organizations, project management skills, excellent communication, and data analytics proficiency. Fluency in English and willingness to travel 25% internationally and domestically.
