The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has at least 1 year in product services or market experience, with strong integrity, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Agile experience is a plus and global perspective is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 1+ year of product, services, or external customer/market experience.
• Experience with software development, testing or business analysis is a plus.
• Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage product launch strategies per project playbook and KPIs.
• Serve as an active member of Product Release Teams.
• Understand cross-functional scope for launches.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to identify requirements.
• Recommend strategies and solutions for operational impacts.
• Create operational process and workflow documentation.
• Work with sales leadership to prepare materials for sales readiness.
