Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Launch Manager for the Home and Health Business within the Devices and Services group. You will lead end-to-end launches across Google Home (Nest) and Google Health (Fitbit), coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering scalable execution plans for high-visibility NPIs.

The role demands leadership, strategic planning, and strong collaboration with business, product planning, and hardware/software teams to ensure successful market introductions and ongoing

This role is part of the Google Home and Health Business Management arm for Devices and Services, and specifically in the team that leads hardware NPI (new product introduction) for Google Home (Nest) and Google Health (Fitbit), The team is responsible for launching and landing key NPIs, leading cross functional complex programs with stakeholders at all levels. • Work with cross-functional teams (Business, Marketing, Product Planning, Logistics, Finance, Hardware, Software, Apps, Legal, Compliance etc.) to deliver product launches across Home (Nest) and Health (Fitbit’s)’s current and forthcoming portfolio of products.


• Lead highly visible programs, developing executional strategy and crafting an aligned and streamlined goal and operational plan, provide technical and infrastructure expertise to enable scale across product.


• Build productive and synergistic relationships with internal cross-functional teams and leaders, while driving consensus and accountability across all functions at all levels.


• Develop end-to-end schedules, track key milestones, and create contingency plans for high-risk deliverables.
