Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim are seeking a Product Launch & Lifecycle Engineer for US Supply to manage launches, lifecycle, and technical transfers. The role supports process and packaging development, transfer to lifecycle, and collaboration with BI sites and CMOs to ensure timely market availability.

The position is on-site in Columbus, OH with hybrid flexibility 2–3 days per week. Requires leading complex projects and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout development and commercialization.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy or related science with 10+ years in pharma process or packaging.
• Experience with process transfer, validation, lifecycle management and regulatory alignment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product launches and changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product launches and lifecycle plans.
• Coordinate with BI stakeholders and external CMOs for development and transfer.
• Provide aseptic processing leadership and ensure sterile manufacturing readiness.
• Prepare validation protocols, line trials, and regulatory documents for launches.
