Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B customer account support or client-facing roles, preferably within consumer product design, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Demonstrated experience in product development or project management is strongly preferred.
• Experience within the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Partner with sales and management to support new business and coordinate between customers and internal teams in the U.S. and China.
• Own end-to-end execution of opportunities from package development through production and launch.
• Coordinate pre-production samples, packaging and decoration specs, and customer approvals.
• Manage onboarding, setup documentation and credit applications for customers.
• Ensure flawless execution of first-run production orders by confirming schedules and monitoring milestones.
• Serve as central point of coordination across departments for customer needs.
• Maintain proactive communication with customer stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
• Prepare customer-facing documentation like quotations, price lists, and open order reports.
• Anticipate risks and collaborate to drive timely solutions and approvals.
