More about the role :
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.
- Pay rate: $18.50 per hour¹
- TurboBonus Boost: Earn an additional $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, work a minimum of 8 hours on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
- Receive a $310 bonus for participating in the certification process as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
- Certification duration: 3 days.
- Flexible scheduling: Work any time between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
- Minimum hours: 30 hours per week; opportunities to work more.
- You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls, along with an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) advocate.
