Job summary

Alstom is seeking a full-time Product Introduction (PI) Technician in the Washington, DC area. You will troubleshoot and repair Alstom products at customer sites, support commissioning, and collaborate with Engineering and warranty teams to resolve issues.

Candidates should have mechanical or electrical/electronics experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to travel occasionally. English fluency is required, and EHS training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, electrical/electronics and IT experience encouraged.
• EHS training completed.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair Alstom PI products at customer sites during PI period.
• Support commissioning and pre-warranty activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering and warranty teams to resolve issues.
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction.
