What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide customer support for online booking tools and corporate travel software
- Monitor Help Desk calls and emails, completing tasks and communicating their status
- Implement new accounts by following established processes
- Present trainings and demonstrations in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 1-3 years of experience with corporate online booking software, preferably Concur
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous travel agency experience preferred
- Working knowledge of GDS systems; Sabre knowledge preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills along with strong oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Emburse and Deem online booking tools
- Excellent presentation skills for conducting training in both virtual and in-person environments
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
