Qualifications

• No experience required and training provided.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic mechanical ability or interest in working with tools.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude are a must.

Responsibilities

• Inspect molded plastic products to ensure they meet customer and quality specifications.
• Trim, sand, deburr, and finish products using hand and power tools.
• Install accessory components and complete assembly tasks according to work instructions.
• Perform final quality inspections and identify defects before products are shipped.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers.
• Read and follow product specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and customer expectations.
• Assist in identifying quality concerns and help prevent defective products from reaching customers.
