Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout shift.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety requirements.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team attitude.
• Experience with manufacturing tools is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
• Produce, inspect, trim, assemble, and finish molded plastic products to high quality standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete tasks.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure product meets specifications.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Follow safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules and customer expectations.
