Arcade is seeking a Product Development & Sourcing Lead to take concepts from idea through development and production. You will identify high-quality manufacturers and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery and great product outcomes.

You’ll translate concepts into specifications, review prototypes for quality, and drive improvements in materials, processes, and cost. This role demands hands-on execution in a fast-moving startup context.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product development, sourcing, design, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience managing physical products from concept through development, sampling, to production.
• Experience working directly with suppliers, manufacturers, or production partners.
• Strong understanding of materials, construction, manufacturing processes, and product quality.
• Able to evaluate physical products and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Turn concepts into products by translating requirements into specs and docs.
• Lead pre-production and product development with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Own cost, quality, and manufacturability by coordinating pricing, quantities, samples, and delivery.
