Job summary

Vybond Specialty Adhesives LLC is seeking a Product Development Manager, Building & Construction, to drive innovation and commercialization in residential and commercial markets. You will identify market needs, develop differentiated product solutions, and lead projects from concept through launch.

The role requires a proven Building & Construction industry background and a track record of bringing market-ready products to market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Building Science, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
7+ years in product development, innovation, or technical product management in building/construction markets.
Proven track record launching market-accepted products for building/construction applications.
Experience translating customer/market needs into product specs and development plans.

Responsibilities

Lead innovation and product development for residential and commercial building markets.
Translate customer needs into product design objectives and technical specs.
Drive programs from concept through validation, scale-up, launch, and post-launch review.
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Manage project plans, milestones, costs, risks, and commercialization timing.
