Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 7–10 years in product development or related technical functions.
• Experience in wire and cable, polymer, or electrical product industries is preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of technical leadership or people-management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects from development through manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development programs from concept through design, lab evaluation, manufacturing trials, qualification, and commercialization.
• Analyze technical and business information to support cross-organizational decisions.
• Drive product and material innovation to improve performance, manufacturability, and cost.
• Develop and optimize wire and cable designs, materials, and product specs.
• Coordinate laboratory evaluations, plant trials, scale-up, and product qualifications.
