Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
- 2+ years in retail product development or procurement.
- Strong market research, data analysis, and sourcing skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP/merchandise systems.
- Excellent communication and project-management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Define category plans aligned with objectives and gaps.
- Track trends, demand, and competitor activity for new directions.
- Source new products; evaluate against demand, margins, and fit.
- Develop new-product proposals, trial-sale plans, and launch timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers on orders, samples, and lead times.
- Manage lifecycle, SKUs, and product transitions across the category.
