About the role

The Product Information Data Specialist will report into the Foodservice Brands Commercial Effectiveness team and will be responsible for product content management and syndication in Kerry’s primary GDSN platform, Syndigo. This person will lead the day-to-day of data governance, compliance and accuracy within internal and external foodservice distributor partner platforms, including Sysco, US Foods, Performance Food Group (PFG), McLane, and Gordon Food Service (GFS), among others. This person will play a key role in expanding B2B and B2C ecommerce growth by ensuring timely publications that are both consistent and accurate. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, is a doer, maven for data accuracy, proactive, dependable, and has a passion for technology platforms and performance.

What will you do?

• Content and GDSN Syndication
• Syndicate and publish product data to recipients via primary GDSN Platform, Syndigo, and support other platforms such as 1WS and Salsify as requested.
• Day-to-day systems management in Syndigo and internal data portals.
• Customer Portal Support and Syndication across various channels and customers, i.e. US Foods, Sysco, McLane, Kroger, GFS, PFG & others as identified.
• Product Catalog Management (Internal Sales Portal).
• Manage and Optimize Distributor and Customer GS1/GDSN Scorecards, meeting leadership KPIs of 90%+.
• Works with the digital marketing team to upload and publish content in support of a best-in-class Digital Shelf.
• Works well in a cross-functional team environment, able to balance multiple and/or shifting priorities, commercial channels, and flex to provide support as called upon.
• Demonstrates clear communication skills, consistent attention to detail and proactive ownership across all assigned work.

What will you need to be successful?

• College degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years’ experience working in the Syndigo GDSN syndication platform.
• Knowledge and experience working with GS1 Standards.
• Familiar with managing B2B Food Service distributors such as Sysco, US Foods, and other distributor enterprise systems.
• Experience in Salsify a plus.
• B2B Food Service Distributor knowledge and experience a plus.
• Experience with product information manager (PIM), digital asset manager (DAM), and content management tools is a plus.
• Strong coordination and project management skills – coordination across business units (sales leads, marketing, master data teams).
• Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Skilled at managing competing priorities and effective conflict resolution.
• Certified in Syndigo, GSI and other GDSN or Data Pool providers is a plus.

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479 to $95,074 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
