Job description

Every child deserves access to excellent early education, and BridgeCare is building the technology that makes it possible. As Product Implementation Manager, you'll turn what clients need on the ground into the product requirements that shape our roadmap.

BridgeCare

BridgeCare believes in making great technology publicly available, accessible, and easy to use. We are a small, women-led, hardworking team of technologists who make the system of childcare work. We believe every child should have access to excellent early childhood education, every person should be able to pursue purpose and enjoy family, and every provider should be valued as an educator. BridgeCare's software is a white-label data and case management system for government agencies in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector. We are innovative, collaborative, and autonomous, committed to creating fundamental, systemic change that makes the entire ECE system more equitable and effective.

What You Will Do

As Product Implementation Manager, you'll serve as the connective tissue between our clients, implementation teams, and product organization. You'll partner closely with customers during complex enterprise implementations to understand their goals and translate them into requirements the product team can act on, all while keeping customer-driven development aligned with BridgeCare's product strategy and long-term scalability.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend key client implementation meetings and workshops to understand evolving requirements, workflows, and integration needs deeply.
  • Translate customer needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for the appropriate product or engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to validate and prioritize new backlog items that arise during implementations.
  • Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately represented internally.
  • Identify patterns and recurring needs across customers to inform product roadmaps.
  • Help maintain alignment between customer-specific commitments and the broader product vision.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring their needs are understood while setting realistic expectations about product timelines and capabilities.
Who You Are

You're a systems thinker who can translate complex customer conversations into clear, structured, development-ready documentation. You navigate confidently between executive-level client conversations and detailed engineering discussions, and you're comfortable driving projects forward even when direction isn't fully defined.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager, solutions engineer, business analyst, or a related client-facing product role in Early Childhood Education
  • Strong ability to translate complex customer requirements into clear, structured documentation (workflows, user stories, etc) and development-ready work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to navigate conversations with both executive-level clients and engineering teams.
  • Comfort with enterprise-level implementations, integrations, and long project cycles.
  • A systems thinker who can balance short-term implementation demands with long-term product scalability.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive projects forward even when direction is not fully defined.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
  • Comfort writing and debugging formula-style logic (Ex: Excel, SQL CASE WHEN, Power BI DAX / Tableau calculations, or similar). Experience in R or Python for data transformation is a plus.
Benefits
  • Salary range: $110,000 to $140,000
  • Mission-driven team working to drive universal access to quality early childhood education
  • High-impact role with autonomy, ownership, and visibility across the organization
  • Opportunities to shape processes, systems, and solutions as the company grows
  • Remote work and flexible scheduling
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance
  • FSA and company-matched 401(k)
