Job summary

Penske Logistics in Winlock, WA is seeking a warehouse associate for a 3rd shift (Fri–Sun, 8am–8:30pm). The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and supporting supervisors to meet productivity expectations.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, scanning products with the warehouse system, maintaining logs, and assisting with training new hires. Competitive benefits and PTO are offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team and work independently.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and pass background check and drug screening.

• Leads orientation classes with new hires.

Position Summary

Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to become part of an excellent team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment. Provides support and some supervision to regular and temporary warehouse associate functions. Works closely with Operations Supervisors to ensure employee productivity expectations are met. Provides a variety of responsibilities to meet the supervisors expectations.

Schedule

3rd Shift : Friday - Sunday 8am-8:30pm (3/12's) Work 36 hours, get paid 40 hours

Pay

$24/hr plus a $1.00/hr weekend premium

• • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
