Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Marketing content creator to shape how SMBs, solopreneurs, creators, and small teams discover Zoom AI Productivity Suite. You will script, record, edit, publish, and measure content from concept to impact, building a system from the ground up to drive product growth.

You will own end-to-end content publishing, leverage AI tools across the workflow, and adapt formats for TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Reels.

What You Can Expect

This is a hands-on individual contributor role at the intersection of product marketing, organic growth, and AI-native content creation. You will shape how small and medium-sized businesses, solopreneurs, independent creators, and smaller teams discover and understand the Zoom AI Productivity Suite. You will personally take ideas from product insight through scripting, recording, editing, publishing, and measurement. This is an opportunity to build a content and distribution system from the ground up and see how your work contributes directly to product growth.

About the Team

The Zoom AI Productivity Suite team is building a new AI-native way to work, helping users move faster from conversation and ideation to polished, editable deliverables they can act on. As the product grows, this role will help more users understand its value and adopt it in their daily work. We are a product-led team looking for someone with sharp product judgment, hands-on content execution, and a genuine understanding of how people work and what earns their attention.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep, working knowledge of the Zoom AI Productivity Suite, including who uses it, what problems it solves for small and medium-sized businesses and independent creators, how it compares to alternatives, and where its real advantages lie

• Define and maintain positioning and messaging that starts with the user problem, not the feature list, and translates product capabilities into clear, specific, outcome-oriented value

• Own the end-to-end creation and publication of product content, including short-form demos, screen recordings, tutorials, comparisons, social posts, emails, and web copy, from initial concept through measurement, without depending on an agency or production team

• Use AI tools fluently across the full content workflow, including research, ideation, scripting, demo creation, editing, and rapid iteration, to move quickly without sacrificing quality

• Build a repeatable content and distribution engine from the ground up to drive PLG strategy and take ownership of business growth targets, making independent prioritization calls and driving execution without waiting for a fully developed brief or established process

• Plan and distribute platform-native content across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, matching format and depth to the expectations of each audience and the stage of the funnel

• Identify and engage with third-party platforms, software-review sites, benchmark leaderboards, and vertical communities to build product credibility, drive discovery, run user operations and generate trial

• Track what is working using engagement quality, trial, subscription, and adoption signals, then use those findings to improve product stories, content formats, and calls to action

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, social content, with a focus on digital products such as SaaS, AI tools, productivity platforms, or creator products, or equivalent experience

• Strong product instincts: the ability to identify the most important user problems, recognize genuine product differentiators, and turn those insights into product stories that are simple, specific, and credible, particularly for small and medium-sized business audiences, solopreneurs, independent creators, and smaller teams

• Hands-on fluency using AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, demo creation, video editing, and content iteration, not just familiarity with the tools but practical comfort shipping work with them

• Demonstrated ability to personally create and publish work end-to-end, including short-form product videos, screen-recorded demos, and social content created to market and explain digital products

• Strong understanding of how audiences, content formats, and distribution dynamics differ across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn, with demonstrated depth on at least some of these platforms

• A track record of building from scratch: cold-starting a content channel, a product launch, or a distribution system, and driving it forward through ambiguity without waiting for established processes. Candidates who have built and grown their own relevant content channels with measurable results are also encouraged to apply

• Experience at an AI-native, SaaS, productivity, or creator-product company is preferred, though not required if the work itself demonstrates the right instincts and execution ability

Salary Range or On Target Earnings

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
