Job summary

Connecteam is seeking a Product Group Lead to own a major area of our platform and lead a group of 4-5 Product Managers. You’ll shape strategy, mentor PMs, and collaborate across R&D, Design, Data, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver web and mobile products customers love: easy to use, intuitive and impactful.

Ideal candidates have a track record managing Product Managers, love digging into details, and want to impact how a fast-growing product scales while maintaining a hands-on approach

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct experience managing Product Managers (team of 3+).
• Proven track record delivering web and mobile products end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Excellent leadership and communication in English and Hebrew.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Hands-on, ownership mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of 4-5 Product Managers through hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance management.
• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the product group in line with business goals.
• Own group outcomes and KPIs; prioritize based on data, insights and impact.
• Raise the bar on product craft: discovery, specs, user flows, launches and measuring results.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, Analytics, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver cohesive products.
• Represent the group to management; communicate plans, trade-offs and results clearly.
• Improve product processes including AI tool usage in workflow.
• Stay hands-on when needed, diving into complex problems and customer conversations.

About The role

We're looking for a Product Group Lead to own a major area of our platform and lead a group of 4-5 Product Managers. You'll shape the group's strategy and roadmap, grow and mentor your PMs, and work across R&D, Design, Data, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver products that our customers love: easy to use, intuitive and impactful, on both web and mobile.
This role is for someone who has already managed Product Managers, still loves getting into the details, and wants to have real impact on how a fast-growing product scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of 4-5 Product Managers, through hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance management.
• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product group, in line with the company's business goals.
• Own the group's outcomes and KPIs, and make clear prioritization decisions based on data, customer insights and business impact.
• Raise the bar on product craft across the team: discovery, specs, user flows, launches and measuring results.
• Work closely with R&D, Product Design, Analytics, Marketing and Customer Success leaders to deliver cohesive, high-quality products.
• Represent your group to management, and communicate plans, trade-offs and results clearly.
• Improve product processes and best practices, including the smart use of AI tools in the product workflow.
• Stay hands-on when it's needed, diving into complex problems, key initiatives and customer conversations.

Experience & Skills

• At least 2 years of experience directly managing Product Managers, ideally a team of 3 or more.
• A proven track record of defining strategy and delivering successful web and mobile products end to end.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent leadership and people skills, with a passion for developing others.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hebrew.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage several initiatives at once.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude, with high ownership and a keen eye for detail.

Bonus

• B2B SaaS experience, especially in HR tech or workforce management (HRIS, time tracking, scheduling, payroll), AI products, or product-led growth.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Experience scaling a product team and its processes.
