Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Quantitative Science, or related technical fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
  • 4 years of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience with designing experiments, developing statistical models, measurement, and identifying business opportunities.
About The Job

As a Product Feedback Analyst, you will analyze and synthesize product feedback from various sources to identify actionable insights that drive product improvements and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. You will work closely with product and GTM partners to understand user needs and pain points across Google's Ads and policies. Your investigative skills will help translate raw feedback into meaningful data points, contributing to recommendations for Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders. You will advocate for a data-driven approach to understanding user sentiment and ensure feedback informs product development and commercialization efforts.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's Ads business runs smoothly by setting strategy and ensuring flawless execution. Our team is embedded across major Ads areas and works globally to support the business. We are analytical and strategic, focused on effective execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data processes using Java or Python to collect, clean, transform, and analyze product feedback data.
  • Conduct advanced quantitative data analysis using SQL and statistical methods to identify trends, correlations, and root causes.
  • Develop data models and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to apply statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover patterns and predict user needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders to monitor feedback metrics.
