• Conduct laboratory work to evaluate electrical and mechanical characteristics of ICs, components, and systems.
• Investigate interactions between materials and devices to identify root causes of failures.
• Develop and implement electrical, analytical, and mechanical methodologies to enhance failure analysis capabilities.
• Lead technology and/or product transfers, manufacturing startups, and failure analysis process improvements.
• Analyze failure reports and provide corrective-action recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Share learnings across sites and promote best practices to enhance knowledge.

• Develop and implement electrical, analytical, and mechanical methodologies to enhance failure analysis capabilities for future products.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree, or 0 years of experience with a PhD.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following areas through coursework or professional experience:
• Semiconductor device physics.
• Digital or analog circuit design and validation.
• Defect detection or fault isolation methodologies in manufacturing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis in semiconductor manufacturing or related fields.
• Collaborative mindset with experience in group problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.
• Familiarity with test environments and process manufacturing debugging.
