Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong examples of designing and shipping product designs.
• Experience developing and improving design systems, components and patterns.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Operate with a growth mindset; expect feedback and coaching to grow craft and judgement.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of design projects from discovery through delivery, with support and feedback from teammates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative design: work with product and engineering to develop high-quality design concepts, UI, and flows across domains.
• Understand users through research, feedback, and data, and continuously integrate insights.
• Experimenting and prototyping: apply hypothesis-driven design to test concepts with stakeholders and users.
• Team leadership: contribute to workshops, design sprints, and presentations; grow into facilitation roles.
• Nice to haves: experience with ICHRA, health insurance or healthcare.
