Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking an engineering student intern in Canton, Ohio to support design, test, and procurement activities for trailer suspension components. The role emphasizes drafting with Creo, creating design concepts, and assisting production releases within the Sliders Product Development Team.

You will develop project design review materials in PowerPoint, draft Product Evaluation Requests, Prototype Build Requests, and Engineering Change Requests.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong PC skills (spreadsheets, database management, word processing) and CAD proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and drafting support for slider layouts and product development using Creo.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for project design reviews.
• Write and support Product Evaluation Requests for testing.
• Write and support Prototype Build Requests.
• Write Engineering Change Requests.
