Job description

Robosource is hiring our 2026 team of student apprentices. We’re looking for motivated computer science students to join our product engineering team and help with feature development, performance optimization, and user experience for ProcessCoach, our SaaS product. This role offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our product roadmap while continuing to grow your technical expertise in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

This job is on‑site in Fishers, Indiana for the summer, two days per week. The other 3 days are remote.
