Job summary

Lam Research seeks a Product Engineer to drive development of maintenance procedures and service solutions for advanced etch and deposition hardware. You will collaborate with field engineers, product teams, and content creators to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-facing documentation and multimedia assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Physics, or a STEM-related field.
Experience with mechanical design and CAD (NX/Creo preferred, SolidWorks acceptable).
Strong ability to organize technical information and communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Manage timelines, priorities, milestones, and project logistics for service products.
Translate complex technical information into customer-facing procedures and multimedia content.
Lead cross-functional efforts to develop videos, images, animations, and other assets supporting maintenance procedures.
Review and improve maintenance workflows and deployment packages.
Present project status and recommendations to stakeholders.
