Product Engineer (Protect)

We’re looking for a full stack product engineer to join our Protect team at Flashbots. The ideal candidate loves working with customers and developers, iterating in fast feedback cycles, and crafting delightful experiences that make transacting on Ethereum seamless.

What you'll do:

• Build High-Impact Products: Develop core orderflow products like Flashbots Protect and MEV-Share used by millions of Ethereum users, and innovate on new features to enhance the crypto transacting experience.
• Customer-First Innovation: Collaborate with crypto partners like Uniswap and Chainlink to design and implement cutting-edge features.
• Quality: Focus on documentation, testing, QA, and designing APIs and UX that ensure reliability, accessibility, and user delight.
• Observability: Use analytics to understand customer needs and drive product improvements.

What we look for:

• Product-Focused Engineer: Experience working closely with customers, rapid feedback cycles, and strong communication skills.
• Full Stack Experience: 2+ years building backend services, frontends, and developer tools.
