• BS or technical degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in design or engineering.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid engineering knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or SolidWorks and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, blueprint, or sketch form.

Responsibilities

• Design new and improved mechanical or electro-mechanical products.
• Modify existing solutions to meet evolving customer needs.
• Convert customer inputs into actionable designs and resolve design issues.
• Develop prototypes and evaluate functional requirements before production.
