Responsibilities

• Design new and improved products or modify mechanical and electro-mechanical solutions using CAE, CAD, and FEA tools.
• Provide material and process specifications for manufacturing or purchasing parts; guide Designers and Drafters to complete development projects.
• Assist in design and fabrication of prototypes to validate products or meet customer needs; document design requirements on production drawings for precision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of design milestones and support continuous improvement.
• Travel occasionally as needed to support projects and stakeholder coordination.
