Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking product engineers to build internal products at the intersection of engineering, product, and design. You will own outcomes, work directly with users to understand needs, and build abstractions that unlock capabilities for everyone.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years shipping production software, experience with Python/TypeScript/React, and a track record of delivering end-to-end products independently.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building production software, ideally full-stack.
• Experience building platforms, primitives, or internal tools for others to build on top of.
• Proven track record of shipping products independently.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly design, prototype, and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Consult with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify high-impact opportunities.
• Identify patterns in user requests and turn them into primitives, platforms, or middleware.
• Build tools that maximize autonomy and creativity for less-technical users.
• Make product and prioritization decisions, not just execute on specs.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback to improve UX.
• Adapt to new tools, frameworks, and domains as the product evolves.
