Job summary

Astrocade, an AI technology company building interactive consumer platforms, is hiring a Product Engineer in Palo Alto. You’ll own end-to-end product outcomes, ship multi-platform features in React/TypeScript, and drive data-backed decisions across creators and players.

You'll shape frontend architecture, run large-scale A/B tests, and collaborate with a diverse team to grow a two-sided platform. The role blends hands-on coding with product thinking in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years engineering experience on products with many stakeholders and real ownership of outcomes.
• Experience building large features in React or React Native and shipping end-to-end.
• Fluency in product analytics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experiments, and SQL-based queries.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-platform features and user journeys end-to-end in React and TypeScript.
• Develop and improve frontend architecture for web and mobile, from the game feed to creator experience.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests at real consumer scale (tens of millions of users).
• Analyze funnels and data around acquisition, activation, engagement and retention for both creators and players; turn analytics into hypotheses and shipped improvements.
• Consider system-wide impacts of changes on creator and player loops and prevent unintended consequences.
• Create and use agentic tools to automate workflows and scale what works.
• Contribute to shaping product strategy with data-backed conviction and collaboration.
