Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience delivering integrated electrical and mechanical designs.
- Ability to communicate technical requirements across teams.
- Familiarity with ECO and NPI processes.
- Knowledge of applicable agency requirements and standards.
- Experience supporting product design through change management.
- Ability to manage risk and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support on ECOs and manufacturing changes.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and R&D activities as needed.
- Ensure electrical aspects align with overall product design.
- Communicate design intent and requirements across functions.
- Assist in cost reduction efforts and design optimization.
- Act as technical owner for electrical aspects of projects.
