Required skills:

• Design, develop, validate, and launch electric pumps, modules, and delivery systems for on-road & off-road OE customers.
• Interpret customer specifications to determine feasibility and develop component level requirements.
• Prepare engineering bill of materials and print packages for quoting.
• Design products with focus on DFA and DFM.
• Interface with customers as primary technical contact
• Lead product design activities from concept through launch.
• Track program/project timing to meet customer deliverables.
• Create DFMEA and execute DVPR.
• Participate in internal, supplier, and customer manufacturing and launch reviews/events.
• Recommend/implement design modifications to eliminate product, machine or system malfunctions.
• Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Work with purchasing team to identify, develop, and manage prototype & production component suppliers.
