Ravelin Defense in Chandler, AZ seeks a Product Engineer II to design, develop, and detail new technologies and products using SolidWorks for defense programs. You will contribute to armor, blast attenuating seats, and other advanced ground vehicle and infrastructure security tech, and assist with procurement, build, integration, and testing.

You will also create technical documents to support design reviews, testing, requirements tracking, and trade studies, and help maintain legacy products

Description

The Product Engineer II is responsible for creating product design concepts and drawings for internally or externally funded research and development programs, to include the development of armor, blast attenuating seats, and other product technologies for ground vehicles, aircrafts, and a wide variety of infrastructure security needs. Additionally, the Product Engineer II is responsible for assisting with the procurement, building, and integration of developmental products, as well as testing which may include functional, ballistic, blast, and/or drop tower testing. Lastly, the Product Engineer II is responsible for developing technical documents to support design reviews, testing, requirements tracking, trade studies, etc.
