Apex Tool Group is seeking a Product Engineer I to lead development of new products and components with a cross-functional team. You will drive designs from concept through verification, ensuring alignment with brand expectations and manufacturability.

This role emphasizes technical ownership and collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and suppliers to deliver cost-effective, durable products that meet specifications and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and related components in cross-functional teams with Marketing and Product Management.
• Apply knowledge of metals, plastics, forging, machining, grinding, forming and injection molding to meet specifications.
• Collaborate with Industrial Design to develop innovative product concepts.
• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturing engineering and operations for specification and sourcing.
