  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to work 100% on-Site in Juncos, PR and work weekend and/or night shifts, as required by production needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide production support engineering for manufacturing operations, including testing methods, procedures, and yield improvement activities.
  • Support device specifications, investigate yield issues, and participate in minor redesigns of devices and tooling.
  • Analyze customer returns and manufacturing non-conformances to support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Support supplier-related engineering changes and assist in the evaluation of externally purchased components.
  • Assume responsibility for devices and/or components after transfer into high-volume production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes while considering quality, cost, and efficiency constraints.
  • Assist internal stakeholders or customers with device usage questions or testing activities, as needed.
  • Support documentation, data analysis, and reporting activities related to manufacturing performance.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
