Job summary

LeeBoy, a FAYAT Group company in the United States, seeks a Product Engineer to support design, development, testing and ongoing technical support of asphalt pavers and road maintenance equipment. You will apply engineering principles to improve performance, reliability, manufacturability, quality, and cost.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Service and suppliers to develop new products, implement improvements, resolve issues, and support products throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline preferred.
• Product engineering or mechanical design experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Experience with complex mechanical equipment or machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve products and components to meet requirements.
• Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, drawings, specs, and BOMs.
• Apply engineering principles to ensure safety, reliability, and quality.
• Support new product development from concept to production launch and ongoing support.
• Maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and documentation.
