Job summary

Quadient is seeking an experienced Product Engineer to drive organizational product engineering activities across the product lifecycle. You will solve complex problems, develop new solutions, and partner with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and R&D to design market-ready products. Prior Quadient experience is preferred.

The role requires independence, strong technical skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Two-year degree required; four-year degree preferred.
7+ years advanced technical or engineering experience with B2B Office equipment and PC applications and/or cloud-based solutions.
Able to work independently with little guidance.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows and Office365.
Technical writing skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
Willingness to travel 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead launch go-to-market projects representing Product Engineering and Service for new applications and solutions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, R&D, Field Service, Customers, and External Partners on product design.
Attend and contribute to product review meetings focused on performance, reliability, and quality.
Lead process improvement and new initiative projects with defined objectives and timelines.
Provide Tier-3 advanced technical support of new/current/legacy products and solutions.
