Solventum is seeking a Specialist Product Engineer to join the Process Technology Engineering team in a hybrid role near Eagan, MN. You will lead cross-functional projects, support current products, and drive process improvements across global manufacturing sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and 7+ years of manufacturing/engineering experience, with GMP and process validation background. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value stream for a robust supply chain experience.
• Provide product support for existing products and future scale-up and commercialization.
• Drive cost reduction and process innovation through cross-functional collaboration with global sites.
• Lead process development and process validation for new and existing products.
• Provide technical leadership to Tier I/II suppliers and contribute to capital projects.
