Job summary

Own end‑to‑end features, design APIs and data models, and implement frontend and backend code using TypeScript/React and Python or Node.js. Ideal candidates have 2–8 years of experience, PostgreSQL plus AWS or GCP, and hands-on AI/LLM integration, with startup adaptability; on-site role

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping user-facing products.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React/Next.js on the frontend; Python or Node.js on the backend.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and AWS or GCP.
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI services (engineering focus, not research).
• Demonstrated product ownership — ability to translate user problems into measurable, shipped solutions.
• Comfort operating in small teams with limited process, high ambiguity, and fluid role boundaries.
• Experience implementing monitoring, observability, automated testing, and CI/CD for production systems.
• Meaningful startup experience and evidence of rapid progression or notable impact.
• Nice to have: multi-tenant/enterprise-ready systems, real-time/high-throughput apps, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product features from requirements and design through to production deployment.
• Design APIs and data models, implementing both frontend and backend code.
• Ship user-facing experiences that balance usability and performance, iterating based on feedback and metrics.
• Integrate LLM and AI capabilities into core product flows to make intelligence reliable for end users.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services, data schemas, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated testing.
• Collaborate directly with founders, product, and design to prioritize work and define success metrics.
• Contribute to architecture and roadmap discussions, making pragmatic tradeoffs suited to early-stage growth.
