Job summary

Rainmaker, a US-based innovator in autonomous drone fleets and weather modification, seeks a product engineer to own software from prototype to production. You will work across internal tools, the operational platform, data products, and customer-facing software on a small team.

You will collaborate with operators, scientists, engineers, and business teams to identify problems, validate ideas, and ship impact-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience turning ambiguous problems into production-ready software.
• Ability to design useful interfaces with incomplete specs.
• Experience building software for complex, data-intensive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools to replace manual workflows and coordinate teams.
• Develop the operational platform used to plan, monitor, and review campaigns.
• Make weather, geospatial, flight, and campaign data actionable for decision-makers.
