Job summary

John Deere Reman - Springfield in Missouri seeks a Product Engineer - Electronics to drive design, analysis, and remanufacturing of electronic products. Based in Springfield, you will analyze requirements, improve costs and performance, and provide technical support for customers and dealers.

The role requires 3+ years in electronics design, testing, and measurement equipment, plus LabView or C++ and BI skills. Onsite position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with engineering design and analysis of advanced electronic circuits.
• 3+ years experience with test software design.
• 3+ years experience utilizing spectrum analyzers and digital measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and determine engineering specifications which must be fulfilled.
• Improve cost, quality and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering tools and product knowledge.
• Compile and furnish necessary information (engineering decisions and reports of pertinent design analyses data).
• Provide engineering support throughout the Reman business, including customer and dealer technical support.
• Perform analysis and provide root cause failure analysis for electronic products.
• Perform feasibility study on core/returned parts to understand and determine remanufacturability.
• Create electronic remanufacturing product specifications.
• Mentor to electronics technicians in design and troubleshooting.

Your Responsibilities

As a Product Engineer - Electronics for John Deere Reman - Springfield located in Springfield, Missouri you will:
