Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent technical background.
• 3–7 years in inside sales, applications engineering, customer service or related roles.
• Wire and cable industry knowledge with UL standards is highly valued.
• Experience translating customer needs into product specifications or solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling demanding customers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office suite.
• Willingness to work on-site in Central Massachusetts location.

Responsibilities

• Inbound customer call management to understand application needs and project specs.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and quote wire/cable assemblies.
• Create detailed quotations and manufacturing drawings.
• Handle day-to-day customer service and order follow-up.
• Provide inside sales support to outside reps and manage customer relationships.
• Apply knowledge of UL standards, wire gauges, voltage specs to ensure compliant solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate professional reports.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, production and leadership on requirements and deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues and order complications.
• Identify opportunities to improve quotation processes and documentation.
